• As per Government Regulation, ID card is must by occupants.

• Please provide your visiting card to avail corporate benefits (if applicable)

• Check out time 10 A.M. If you are late by one hour full day room rate shall be charged.

• A.C. will not operate in case of failure in regular electricity supply.

• Please read laundry rules carefully before giving laundry. No deduction for failure in lift/Generator/Hot water/A.C./T.V.

• For security reason our guest are not allowed after 11 p.m.

• Credit cards shall not be accepted during failure of P&T service.

• Arrival time booked shall be treated as 10am check in time.

• Kindly inform the front office reception one hour prior to checkout.

• The management does not take any responsibility for loss of valuable. Lockers are available but need to activate from reception desk.

• Hot water available 24 hrs.

• For detailed rules & regulations ask reception while checking in.

• Complimentary breakfast 8 AM to 10.00 AM.

• Any damages occurred by the guest, chargeable extra.

• Check In time – 12pm and Check out time – 10am
